Committee's needing membership:

• Communications (Newsletter)
  • The Communications Committee is dedicated to keeping everyone informed and updated about our community.  We write the community newsletter that is distributed quarterly as well as create a neighborhood directory.  We work closely with other committees, especially the social committee.  Come help keep the community up-to-date on current events!

• Social
  • The Social Committee plans and initiates social events for the community.  The association has funds budgeted for socal events.  These events include community block parties (like the Fall Festival we all enjoyed last year -- including the Chili Cook-Off and Dessert Contest), holiday events, children's playtime, game groups, etc.  Come help us foster a sense of community and get everyone out and about for fun in the neighborhood!

• Landscape
  • The Landscape Committee develops schemes and plans for the beautification and maintenance of the common areas.  The committee works within an annual budget on projects like yard of the month, installation of annual color for planter beds, designs for monument features and other landscaped areas in the neighborhood, and maintenance of tree programs in common areas.  Come helps us in our endeavor to keep our neighborhood beautiful.

• Safety
  • The Safety Committee identifies any safety concerns and presents possible solutions to these problems.  We work with the local police department and help with a neighborhood watch.  Come helps us keep our neighborhood a safe place to live.
